Leadership of Dr. Masku Johnson: Under the visionary leadership of National Christian Board Chairman Dr. Masku Johnson, several initiatives have been taken to create self-employment opportunities for Christian youth and women across Teludu States and India. The Christian Employee Unions are being effectively led to ensure financial security and better livelihood.

Small-Scale Business Opportunities: Through small-scale business projects such as clothing business, homemade pickles, tailoring machines for women, computer training courses, and beauty parlour centres, NCB has successfully provided employment to more than 1,860 people.

Social & Economic Impact: These employment programmes are not just about jobs, but about building entrepreneurship, financial independence, women empowerment, and social upliftment within the Christian community.
